How to Use

Sleep - Bath & Shower Gel - 50ml Use in bath or shower.Pour in to hands or on natural bath lotus. Gently massage all over wet body. Wash off. Sleep - Body Milk - 50ml At bedtime, apply all over hands & body. Massage & leave on. For better results, also use Sleep Bath & Shower Gel & Sleep Body & Pillow Mist.

Sleep - Hydrating Butter - 30g At bedtime / night, apply all over hands & body, massage & leave on. Work extra on dry & rough areas. Sleep - Body & Pillow Mist - 20ml After bath, spray on lightly all over body, pillows & bed linen.Leave on. Relax & unwind.

Ylang Lavender - Luxury Soap - 50g Refer the product packaging Sleep - Calming Balm Roll-on finely on temples, behind ears, back of neck & inner wrists. Gently breathe in & relax. For optimum results, use at bedtime.
